I puchase a new Bosch dryer less than two months ago. I had it installed less than a month ago. It stopped working. I asked for a new dryer (which is what I thoguht I bought). Zero satisfaction. If you are thinking of buying a bosch appliance - don't. Miseralbe product, horendous service. I would also warn that dealers don't stand behind their product either. I puchased mine at Ken Fieden in Albany New York. No service, no support, just a disaster. You're not savinghteenvironment by making terrible products that just have to be thrown away. Dissatisfied, unhappy.
