I purchased a Bosch dryer wtnc3521uc at Lowes 02/28/07. I have suffered long enough with this horrible product I am actually considering buying another dryer, obviously not Bosch, just to make my life easier.

When the product was first received the interior light did not light. I thought this was unusual for a brand new product... regret not complaining more and returning the product at this point.

Over the year I have spent hours restarting my dryer because it did not dry this clothes. Also, when you put the clothes in they all come out in a jumbled ball, of course the interior is not dry. I have begun putting the clothes in one at a time, but they still come out in a ball.

Please tell me where to complain to get any results. This is by far the worst dryer I have ever owned (have had 5 total-not bosch).
