I have a Bosch gas range which is just over 3 years old. The appliance failed to heat and I had to pay $100 for an initial service call to find that it needed a new "relay board." Second service call & part total came to around $450, for a three-year old $1000 oven. After several e-mail exchanges, Bosch failed to provide any satisfaction, since the applicance was past the warranty period. My former oven was close to fifteen years old before it failed for the first time. I would not recommend this applicance to my worst enemy and will not be purchasing any more Bosch appliances.

Bosch no longer has parts for my 6 year old oven!! It has taken them 6 weeks to conclude this. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. Promises of returned phone calls never happens. Promises of finding the part never happened.

Do not buy Bosch unless you expect your product will never need repairing.

Maybe you should check out your warranty before you complain buddy. When you use things, they break lol its the way things work. By the way my unit is awesome. :D
