Two years ago I purchased a Bosch dishwasher. It had intermittent problems and stopped working entirely just 3 months after the warranty on the electronics was up.

When I complained to Bosch the first time they said called a certified repairman. He was not helpful and was going to charge a service fee just to walk in the door because the dishwasher was over a year old.

The point is Bosch sold this dishwasher knowing that the relays were undersized and would not last. They have not responded to my request to either replace the dishwasher or refund my money as of this date.

The model number is SHU43C02UC/22 and many of the Bosch dishwashers have the same problem. I purchased this machine in April of 2006 and it worked for 1 year and 6 months.

The problem is that the dishwasher will not drain and it was anything but quiet when it started to fill with water. The dishwasher is a lemon. Bosch is terrible when it comes to service. I will not buy another product from this company.

I am not finished with this company. I feel the only way to get them to start taking responsibility for the lemons they produce is to file a class action lawsuit and hit them in the pocketbook. Maybe then they will make good on their product.

sounds like when you heard how loud it was you should have called while it was in warranty. I guess stupid people get stupid results.

Comments on Bosch ignored my complaint about their badly designed dishwasher.
