i bought an aquastar 1600h,when it arrived the power button was physically broken.i called bosch to get a replacement but all they were concerned with was finding an excuse to void the warranty.after jumping through dozens of their hoops they said the installation was reason to void it.it was obvious that was their goal.the first tech i talked to was rude and the other 3 or 4 were not very friendly either.after i gave them all the details of the installation, they wanted me to take pictures of everything and send to them as if i were lying about it.i won't buy anymore bosch products
