Bosch complaint

Bought a tankless 1600 gas unit and it only lights intermitently. I have a $6,000.00 master bath and I can't use the shower or the tub because of this. Bosch has been very nonhelpful even Lowe's where I bought the product would not help. Bosch phone service was terrible with a combined wait time between myself, my plumber and my contracter of hours. Still trying to get the problem resolved. You would think with the state of our economy these companies would care more. Instead I get the run around. (Bosch is US based company I think?)

bought an electric tankless bosch

broke down after 6 months they gave me the run around for 3weeks this site may be more of the same and its late and i;m tired need to do more research and will post more here or there looking at my options can only say that it was a nitemare experience that I am finding out is shared my many
