purchased
bosch dishwasher in july 2008. stayed in wash cycle for 3 hours. called place of purchase. got name of repair service. the repair service said itwould take 3 weeks. finally on 12/01 the
appointment was between 8am-12pm. by 6pm no one came. so I called back at the place of purchase and was given the regional bosch sales manager, joe gonzales, for houston. the sales manager said i would get a call the next day from the repair company. that was 5 days ago and still no one has called for the
warranty repair. i am considering pulling out this piece of **** and putting another dishwasher.

Maybe you should live somewhere close to civilization. lol its a better place to get service.
