I have a high-efficiency heating system that is just over three years old and it is now sucking away almost $1,500 in repairs. In my opinion, this system is total garbage.

The company also does nothing to stand by their product and their customer service line will not tell me anything. The woman who answers their phone (always the same woman) is rude and callous. I contacted the company to make a complaint and no one responded.

My experience with this company and their products is that they do not care about the consumer at all. My advice is to stay away from any and all of their products.
