Faulty Product that keeps asking for repairs

We bought a 'German' made Bosch cooking range in May 2021. In July 2022 we got the quotation for USD 275 on repairs as 2 hobs weren't working well and were switching off. We were advised the energy regulators need to be changed. We got these changed in September 2022. Now within 12 months again 2 hobs are tripping and Homewide (authorised distributors and service agents for Bosch) are again asking for USD 57 technician fees + spares. Clearly there is an issue with the appliance and Bosch wants to keep skimming money. They have to replace this faulty device.

User's recommendation: Avoid Bosch. Ethics and Trust issues. A small percentage of products may be faulty, that's how manufacturing works. But if a product keeps breaking down, the company should acknowledge and replace. Bosch agent here Homewide prefers to show us terms and conditions and avoid addressing the issue.

No no resolution, they are fakes and not do anything in case of defective product. Technicians come multiple times and make job sheets but not give to customer only.

They will blame you but no resolution. Worst brand ever.

I purchased washing machine from Croma, Ahmedabad of Bosch company. That machine is just spoiling my clothes and not performing well since purchased. I called company and even technician came n checked . He asked not to use until get resolution because product is defective. No resolution am getting and even cant use this defective product. Just harassing it is No resolution yet. Not provided job sheet whenever technician visited. He made it and forwarded to company but he not providing us. All people working in Bosch on Ahmedabad are not at all reliable and poor escalation team which hammering this brand and customer service like a local brand.

Defective product, no service, no response since months

Refer ticket id- 0452****. Bosch service is just like local brand service? Customers are waiting and getting harassed as no resolution on time. Its a high and top brand. Spoilage of brand name.

No proper care by local representatives

My bosch dryer got defective in recent rains in HP as flood water entered it.As advised it was sent to your repairing center at solan( HP).It was checked by it & now center says that its repair cost would be around Rs 26000 to 30000.The product was in extended warranty.I feel it is too high.I requsted them to change it with a new one ,being in warranty. But was told that it can't be done.What is way out
